Over two decades involved in the building and remodeling industry. The co-owners of Rox Properties Inc are Jason and Laura Steidler of Roxborough Park, Colorado.

Jason and Laura met in the wholesale plumbing industry. Laura worked as a showroom consultant assisting homeowners, builders and interior designers with outfitting new construction or remodel kitchens and baths. Jason developed extensive experience in logistical planning and expertise in strategic alignment, vendor negotiations, and operational improvement having been in the commercial and residential markets for the past 26 years.

Together, throughout the years, they have moved many times and have gained invaluable experience in the home buying and selling process. Their first renovation project was in 2002. It was a traditional Colonial home located in New England which launched a passion for revitalizing a property’s true potential. From there they have added multiple home renovations to their portfolio, and in 2012 also purchased their first rental property.

Rox Properties Inc was founded October 2019. They pride themselves on exceptional services as a turn key provider, creative in their approach to real estate solutions.
