The co-owners of Rox Properties Inc. are Jason and Laura Steidler of Roxborough Park, Colorado.

Jason and Laura have worked in the commercial and residential building and remodeling industry for over two decades. As a regional manager, Jason has developed extensive experience in logistical planning, strategic alignment, vendor negotiations, and operational improvement. Laura brings essential expertise from her work as a showroom consultant, assisting homeowners, builders, and interior designers with outfitting new construction and remodeled kitchens and baths.

Together, over the years, they have owned many homes and gained invaluable experience in the home buying and selling process. Their first renovation project was in 2002: a traditional Colonial-style home in New England which launched their passion for revitalizing a property’s true potential. Since then, they have added multiple renovations to their portfolio and, in 2012, purchased their first rental property.

Rox Properties Inc. was founded in October 2019. Jason and Laura pride themselves on their impeccable skills and exceptional service as a turnkey, creative real estate solutions provider. Both work hands-on throughout every stage of the process and stay current with the latest design and remodeling best practices – integrating sustainable materials, smart-home technology, and thoughtful, functional design into their projects.
